Our theme is 'People and Personalities'.

We want to explore how the different personalities within Fandom can run good and enjoyable conventions together.

The Convention will also cover how the different personalities interact with each other and with different types of committee organisation.

We will also be looking at the personalities of people within; Hotels, Conference centres and other related organisations.

The Programme will start with a mixer event to let everyone get to know each other.

As a European Smofcon we will be looking at International Committees.

Above all Smofcon is a place for conrunners to exchange ideas, not to be told the 'one true way'.

Did we mention that it will be fun and that a lot of people you will want to meet will be there.
